Rosa is an experienced trilingual and multidisciplinary designer with more than 14 years of professional experience. She focuses on equitable community engagement,  urban design, city planning, and active transportation. She is passionate about the design and interaction of public life and cities. 

Rosa holds a Master of Architecture specialized in Urban Design & City Planning from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Throughout her professional career she has navigated the private, public and non-profit sectors learning by doing. 

She most recently worked at DREAM Collaborative, spearheading the creation of the Urban Design and Planning department. Previously she served at the Boston Planning and Development Agency overseeing two neighborhood-wide neighborhood plans. She also has been actively involved in neighborhood groups such as the Friends of the Mary Ellen Welch Greenway, Three Squares Main Streets and the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association.
