THE CHALLENGE: Existing development standards need an upgrade to maintain and enhance the sense of place amid increased interest in development in the Town Center.

• Research and outreach to other MA communities

• Community survey & focus groups with area prop. owners

• Design Guidelines and key zoning by-law updates to act as a clear enforcement mechanism.
